Terms of Service

By booking a call or a session with EduNerd Career Coaching, an initiative of Shiksha Nerd, you agree to the following.

What we provide

Career guidance and counselling: a structured psychometric assessment where appropriate, an analysis of your options, a career roadmap, and the agreed follow-up. Sessions run online unless otherwise arranged.

What we do not provide

• Any guarantee of admission to any institution.
• Any guarantee of a job, an offer, a salary or a placement.
• Legal, financial, medical or immigration advice.

Our advice is a considered professional opinion. Decisions and their outcomes remain yours.

Fees and payment

Fees are as published on the pricing page at the time of booking. The discovery call is free. Programme fees are payable before the first paid session unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Refunds and cancellation

If you tell us during your first paid session that the coaching is not useful, we will stop and refund the unused balance of the programme. Sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice can be rescheduled at no cost; later cancellations may be treated as used.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information — the quality of the advice depends on it.
• Attend booked sessions, or reschedule with reasonable notice.
• Where the client is under 18, a parent or guardian must consent and be involved.

Confidentiality

What you tell us in a session stays between us, except where disclosure is legally required or where there is a serious risk to someone’s safety.

Materials

Plans, documents and assessments we produce are for your personal use. Please do not redistribute or resell them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with the services is limited to the fees you paid for them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date you book.
