What we actually do

Two services that work together: undergraduate guidance for the course-and-college decision, and career counselling with psychometric assessment for the question underneath it.

Service one

Undergraduate guidance

For students choosing an undergraduate course and college — and for the parents making that decision with them.

Course selection

BBA or B.Com? BCA or B.Tech CSE? BA Economics or B.Sc Economics? B.Tech Biotechnology or B.Sc Biotechnology?

Instead of simply telling students which course is “better”, we help them understand which option makes more sense according to their interests, academic background, career goals and future plans.

College & university guidance

A popular college is not automatically the right college for every student. We evaluate on the factors that actually matter:

  • Curriculum and specialisations
  • Eligibility and admission process
  • Entrance examinations
  • Faculty and academic environment
  • Location and campus ecosystem
  • Internship and industry exposure
  • Placement opportunities
  • Fees and return on investment
  • Higher education opportunities

Entrance exam guidance

Different career paths can involve completely different admission processes. We help students understand the relevant examinations and routes — CUET, IPU CET, CLAT, JEE, university-specific examinations and other UG admission processes — rather than preparing for everything at once.

Career roadmapping

Choosing a degree is only the beginning. We help students understand what can come after it: career opportunities, professional certifications, postgraduate options, skill development and potential career pathways.

Service two

Career counselling & psychometric assessment

“What should I become?” sounds like a simple question. The answer depends on your interests, aptitude, personality, strengths, academic abilities, motivations and expectations. Rather than recommending careers because they are popular or currently in demand, we help you explore careers aligned with who you are and where you want to go.

Who can take career counselling

8–10
Classes 8 to 10
Explore interests and abilities before choosing subjects or streams. The aim is not to pick a profession at 14 — it is to widen awareness and create direction.
11–12
Classes 11 to 12
Science, Commerce or Humanities is only the starting point. Which course, which entrance exams, which colleges — and what the alternative is if Plan A does not work.
UG
College students
Realising mid-degree that you are unsure is more common than students think. Careers after graduation, higher study, certifications, skills and transitions between fields.
Pro
Working professionals
Feeling stuck, switching industries, considering higher education or moving into a different function — evaluated against your experience and aspirations.
A career counselling conversation in progress

What a psychometric assessment is

A structured assessment designed to give insight into different aspects of your career profile. Depending on the assessment used, it may explore:

Interests

What kinds of activities and career environments naturally appeal to you.

Aptitude

What types of tasks or abilities may be among your relative strengths.

Personality

What kinds of environments and working styles may suit you.

Career preferences

What characteristics you value in a future career.

The assessment is not intended to make a career decision on your behalf. Its results become one input in a broader counselling conversation.

The process

Five steps

01

Understanding you

We begin with your academic background, interests, concerns, aspirations and the decisions you are actually facing right now.

02

Psychometric assessment

Where appropriate, a structured assessment is used to gain additional insight into relevant career-related characteristics.

03

Expert counselling session

A counsellor discusses the results with you and connects them to your academic profile, your interests and the practical opportunities available.

04

Career exploration

Rather than fixing on a single job title, we explore suitable career areas and their alternatives, so you understand the range of what is open to you.

05

Career roadmap

Possible next steps, made concrete: subject choices, courses, entrance examinations, colleges, skills, certifications or higher-education pathways.

Questions

Before you book

Will a test tell me what career to choose?

No. No psychometric test can look at a score and tell you exactly what you should become. That is why our approach combines assessment, conversation, career exploration and practical guidance. The purpose is not to put students into boxes — it is to help them ask better questions about themselves.

My child is in Class 9. Is that too early?

No. Classes 8 to 10 are when students begin making academic choices that narrow later options. At that stage the objective is not to select a profession, but to expand awareness and identify potential strengths before subjects are chosen.

Do you guarantee admission to a particular college?

No. We help you decide well and prepare properly. Admission decisions belong to the institutions.

Can parents join the session?

Yes, and we encourage it. Career decisions usually involve both, and a decision the family has not agreed on tends to unravel a few months later.

Are sessions online or in person?

Online by default, so distance is not a constraint. In-person sessions can be arranged where practical — ask when you book.

A test shouldn’t decide your career. It should help you understand yourself.
